There are four "revitalization districts" of Columbia Pike.  They are:

The Town Center - Columbia Pike from Oakland Street to Wayne Street, with two focus areas at Glebe Road and Walter Reed Drive

The Village Center - Columbia Pike and George Mason Drive

The Neighborhood Center - Columbia Pike at Four Mile Run

The Western Gateway - Columbia Pike at the County Line
