Pike Progress Luncheon
The annual Pike Progress Luncheon is the development community’s premier event focused on the revitalization of the Columbia Pike Corridor. The 2007 luncheon will be held on Monday, Nov. 26 at 11:45 am at the Sheraton National Hotel on S. Orme St. and the Pike in Arlington, Virginia. Invited speakers include Chris Zimmerman who is a member of the Arlington County Board and chairs the Northern Virginia Transportation Authority; Terry Holzheimer who is Director of Arlington Economic Development, and Margaret Smith Ford of Woodfield Investments who is developing the 6-story mixed-use Siena Park at the former Safeway site. This event presents a convenient way for planners, developers, land owners, financiers, and real estate brokers to network while being updated on the status of Pike redevelopment efforts and learning about upcoming opportunities. The Pike Progress Luncheon is presented by the Columbia Pike Revitalization Organization. The cost of the lunch is $35 per person. For more information call CPRO at 703-892-2776.
