The three and a half mile stretch of Columbia Pike in Arlington, VA is flanked by a dozen unique neighbohoods, each with its own history, identity, and sense of pride. In fact, all of them have organized civic associations whose leaders gather monthly at CPRO’s office or elsewhere to discuss their own initiatives and items of interest to the broader Pike community. All of the Pike’s neighborhoods are primarily residential, and while all include single family homes, many also offer townhomes, apartments and/or condominium complexes. Many of these neighborhoods also have lively retail sections, and most have lovely parks, schools, and churches. Ask any of the many long-time residents of the Pike’s neighborhoods and you’ll hear countless reasons why this is a great place to live.
